A fantastic vacation !

Safely back in the US after a great trip to France and Belgium! Hotels, especially the Bayeux guesthouse, were excellent. One friend's luggage was delayed in Paris, but the guesthouse owner kindly provided clothes. 

Storm on Nov 1st altered plans, but the guesthouse owners helped arrange alternative activities. Explored Tapestry and Memorial museums in Caen. Despite some beach closures, Celine, our guide, made the 1/2 day beach tour memorable. Driver Christophe was thoughtful, gifting Normandy candy. 

In Paris, accommodations and guides were good. City tour started was adjusted, covering passageways and Notre Dame. Overall, a fantastic vacation! Thanks for your help.
